This is our thursday night special pot roast dinner. pot roast cooked slowly all day then added sum onions and carrots and celery and potatoes. then all topped with a luvly uber tasting beef gravy that makes it taste oh so good. and garnished with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

Wolverines restaurant Empty Pork Tenderloin

Post  exshinobixo Thu Jan 08, 2009 2:22 am

Now this here is a Pork Tenderloin that we sear and slowly cook in the oven to retain all the juices. afterwards we cut it on the bias and tier them off each other and drizzle with a Balsamic Cherry reduction and served with some rice pilaf and a random veggy that we decide to serve that nite/week. usually either sum green beans, brocolli or asparagus. and the green sauce is a herb chive oil to add color and look and a tiny bit of flavor.

Wolverines restaurant Empty Portabello Saute

Post  exshinobixo Thu Jan 08, 2009 2:33 am

This here is no longer on the menu, thank GAWD! but it is a beautiful dish when we DID have it!!! A Portabello Saute. Portabello mushrooms sliced on the bias and oven roasted with sum oil to soften it. Fanned out into a boat and filled with sauteed baby spinach, caramelized onions, hazelnuts and some monterey jack cheese. then the fans are folded over and topped with monterey jack and baked a little bit in the oven. then drizzled with sum hoison sauce mix and fresh rosemary. served with some rice pilaf and veggy's as usual with everythin else.
